Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the bulldog winch, seven-piece rigging kit. This kit is going to provide additional tools for you while you're working with your wire rope, winch. It is going to include this 10 foot long, five sixteenths of an inch diameter, grade 70 chain. This does have a hook on both ends.
So to be very easy to get attached to itself or to whatever you are winching with your winch. It does have a break strength of 18,800 pounds and a working load limit of 4,700 pounds. We're also going to get our 3 inch wide by 10 foot long tree saver strap. This does have reinforced loops on both ends, and this is going to wrap around a tree so that you don't cause any damage with your chain digging into the tree, which could potentially kill the tree. So, this is going to be a nice option to help, to reduce the damage done to the tree. This does have a break strength of 30,000 pounds and a working load limit of 10,000 pounds. It is a 100% polyester construction.
So, it's not going to give you much stretching at all. So, it should give you a nice, strong connection to your tree. So, great option there to make sure that you're not causing any damage while you're out there winching. We also have our snatch block here. This is going to give us increased power for our winch, as we're pulling. It's also going to allow us to change the direction of our pull without damaging our wire rope.
The rope will just line up there. This does have a break strength of 17,000 pounds and your working load limit of 7,000 pounds. It is a silver zinc plated construction. So it's going to hold up well, do a good job for you for a nice long time. It's very easy to get opened so we can slide our wire rope in there. You can see our wheel has grooves in it.
Give you a different angle here, so you can see that. Our rope is going to fit in there nice. It's going to stay in place. We're not going to have to worry about losing it. And on the front side, we do have a grease suck to make sure that everything is nice and lubricated for easier maintenance. We also have our three quarter inch shackle. This shackle has a break strength of 57,000 pounds working load limit of 9,500 pounds. It's made from forged steel, with a zinc plating, and again, to resist rust and corrosion. We do have that threaded pin there so we can easily remove and secure our three quarter inch shackle. We're also going to get a pair of trail gloves. These are size, extra large, but they are going to be a nice stretch fit.And I'm really, really liking these gloves myself. Just anytime you're working with a wire rope, it's nice to have a little extra protection on your hands. So you don't get a metal shivers or splinters in your fingers. This does have some really nice padding on it. I'm going to give you a close-up shot of that. So you can see here on our home and on our, the ball of our hand there. We've got some padding and then on the fingers, I don't know if you can see, it's got some like silicon webbing. That's going to give us a lot of extra strength for our grip, as we are working with our equipment. So, really nice gloves included in this kit. We're also going to get a, 15 inch by 26 inch, rock bag. So, backside here, the zipper. Just put your rocks in both sides. And then this will sit on top of your wire rope. You can see it's got hook and loop straps there, to secure around your wire rope. And this is just going to sit on there. So, in case your wire rope does break instead of flying back at you, which is obviously a safety risk, this is going to help it immediately drop to the ground to prevent it from flying back and hitting you. So, really nice option here, very durable material. So, very safe to have that on hand.In addition to all of this, we're also going to get the heavy duty storage bag. And this does have a 100 pound weight capacity, and we've got pockets on the outside, as well as on the inside. And so lots of options to keep everything organized. All this will fit inside here. It's got a handle, just fits together like so. So can easily keep everything organized and stored, and ready for us when we are out working with our winch. So overall, a really nice option here. It gives you a lot of different options for your winch, whether you want to wrap it around the tree, get some extra pull strength. Whatever the case may be, this does give you lots of options. So, that's going to complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.
